Breneman Capital Reestablishes Footprint in Madison, WI.

On October 30th, 2024, Breneman Capital officially closed on Fairhaven Court, a 58-unit apartment community located in Madison, WI.

Not only is this an instance of strategic growth for the company, but it is also of deep personal significance with Founder and CEO Drew Breneman being a native of Wisconsin as well as an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Drew began his real estate investment journey with the purchase of four rental properties in Madison while an undergraduate student. With those properties since being sold, Breneman Capital has patiently awaited the opportunity to reenter the Madison market. Investment team members Tom Stein and Sam Markin are also alumni of the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

For decades, Madison has become an increasingly sought-after market by sophisticated investors due to its strong multifamily fundamentals and stable, robust employment base of education, medicine, and government. We are extremely pleased to have secured a high-quality asset for our investors in a market where opportunities made available for syndication are scarce. We are eager to reestablish our footprint and continue to grow in this top market.

The investment itself exemplifies the strict criteria that Breneman Capital abides by: it is a high-quality property and location, acquired at an attractive basis, has demonstrable upside, and is conservatively structured with a long-term business plan.

The Breneman Capital team would once again like to thank our investors for their commitment and trust.
